This module enhances supplier information by separating supplier lead time and transport lead time to improve transportation planning in purchase workflows.

- product.supplierinfo: Adds supplier_delay and transport_delay fields that sum to the total delay.
- product.supplierinfo: Displays supplier_delay and transport_delay in form and tree views.
- product.supplierinfo: Enforces that supplier_delay cannot be negative.
- purchase.order.line: Computes supplier_date_planned as date_planned minus transport_delay.
