Enables revisioning of vendor pricelist lines by duplicating supplierinfo entries with updated dates and price adjustments.

- product.supplierinfo: Adds links to a previous supplierinfo line, shows the previous price, and computes a stored variation percent to track price revisions.
- product.supplierinfo: Shows the variation percent next to vendor prices in supplierinfo list views for quick comparison.
- product.supplierinfo.duplicate.wizard: Duplicates selected supplierinfo lines with a new start date, optional end date, and price adjusted by a percentage while closing the previous line one day earlier.
