Provide fine-grained access control for contact deduplication so non-admin users can run manual, automatic, or unrestricted merges safely.

Key Features

res.groups: Defines manual, automatic, and unrestricted deduplication permission tiers under a dedicated Deduplicate Contacts category.
contacts: Restricts the Deduplicate Contacts menu and wizard actions so only users with the matching deduplication permission can run them.
base.partner.merge.automatic.wizard: Lets users with the unrestricted group bypass extra safety checks when merging, enabling merges even with differing email addresses.
base.partner.merge.line: Grants CRUD rights to deduplication records according to the assigned deduplication permission tier while preserving admin access.
