Compute multi-level MRP proposals by exploding BOMs using product- and area-specific parameters to generate new procurements from current stock, demand, and supply.

- planning: Scheduled job runs the multi-level MRP calculation automatically across all areas.
- mrp.multi.level: Wizard allows planners to launch the MRP computation manually for chosen areas.
- mrp.inventory: Confirms calculated demand into procurements, creating purchase or manufacturing orders as needed.
- mrp.planned.order: Presents planned orders and to-procure items so planners can act on shortages.
