Adds chatter tracking for Bill of Materials and logs notes for any component changes.

Key Features

mrp.bom: Tracks changes on key BoM header fields such as code, product, quantities, picking type, type, readiness, consumption, and lead times in the chatter.
mrp.bom: Posts notes when components are added to or removed from a Bill of Materials.
mrp.bom.line: Logs a note when a component product is replaced with another product.
mrp.bom.line: Logs a note when a component’s quantity or unit of measure is modified while ignoring insignificant rounding-only updates.
