Provides Brazilian HR localization by adapting employee records, jobs, and reference data to national identification and classification requirements.
Key Features
- hr.employee: Extends employee records with Brazilian identification fields (CPF, PIS/PASEP, CTPS, RG, voter, military, driver license, civil certificate), health and ethnicity details, and validates CPF and PIS/PASEP values.
- hr.employee: Sets Brazil as the default country, adds marital status options, and classifies workers by relationship type (funcionario, autonomo, terceirizado, cedido) with dedicated list views and menus.
