hr_contract_renew

Enable HR to renew an employee contract by duplicating an existing one into a new draft with a updated start date while closing the original.

Key Features

hr.contract: Adds a Renew Contract header button that opens the renewal wizard directly from the employee contract form.
hr.contract.renew.wizard: Lets HR set the start date for the renewed contract and generates a duplicate draft copying the original details and calendar.
hr.contract.renew.wizard: Automatically shortens the original contract to end the day before the new one starts and opens the new draft contract form for review.
