Extend the helpdesk SLA mechanism so service level rules can be constrained by ticket type when evaluating targets.
Key Features
- helpdesk.sla: Adds a many-to-many Types field so SLA definitions can target selected helpdesk ticket types or remain unrestricted.
- helpdesk.sla form: Shows the Types selection as a tag widget on the SLA form, letting configurators pick which ticket types each SLA should apply to.
- helpdesk.ticket: Adjusts the SLA evaluation domain so tickets only consider SLA rules matching their type or those without any type limitation.
