Key Features
- helpdesk.ticket: Ticket forms, lists, and searches now include a product field that only offers products flagged for helpdesk use, plus filters to focus on product-related tickets or group them by product.
- product.template: Each product gains a mandatory 'Available for Helpdesk Tickets' flag so administrators can decide which products may be selected on tickets.
- helpdesk: The Helpdesk menu gets a Products entry that opens a pre-filtered product action, letting agents manage the catalog of helpdesk-eligible products directly from the helpdesk app.
