Enables portal users to add follower email addresses to helpdesk tickets created through the website form.
Key Features
- website_portal: Adds an "Emails in Copy" field to the portal ticket submission form so users can list follower email addresses separated by commas.
- helpdesk.ticket: On ticket submission, parses the provided follower emails, creates missing partner contacts, and subscribes those partners to the new ticket so they receive chatter updates.
