Key Features
- helpdesk.ticket: Automatically assigns the FSM location from the customer's service location whenever the ticket partner changes.
- helpdesk.ticket: Blocks ticket closure until every linked service order reaches a closed stage.
- helpdesk.ticket: Provides an action to create FSM orders prefilled with the ticket's priority, location, and plain-text description.
- fsm.order: Links service orders to tickets and, on completion, can trigger a wizard to close the ticket once all related orders are done.
- fsm.location: Displays the number of linked tickets and opens an already filtered ticket view for that location via its smart button.
- fsm.order.close.wizard: Lets agents set the resolution, team, and stage so the linked helpdesk ticket is closed after field service work finishes.
