fleet_vehicle_ownership

Extend fleet to record vehicle ownership by linking fleet vehicles with partner owners and managing that relationship from vehicles and partners.

Key Features

fleet.vehicle: Adds an owner_id partner field with tracking and shows it on vehicle form and list views to capture ownership.
res.partner: Tracks owned vehicles through a vehicle_ids relation with a stored vehicle_count for quick visibility of holdings.
res.partner: Adds a stat button that opens the partner's vehicles, prefilters the list, pre-fills the owner on new records, and redirects directly to the single vehicle form when applicable.
