Integrates Field Service with Sales so products sold in quotations or orders can automatically spawn and track corresponding field service work orders.
Key Features
- product.template: Adds a field service tracking selector and template reference so products can create FSM orders per sale or per sale line when confirmed.
- sale.order: Automatically derives and stores the target FSM location from related partners and requires it before generating service work orders.
- sale.order: Generates FSM orders according to product tracking rules, links them back to the sale, and posts chatter notes when the orders are created.
- sale.order: Keeps a computed list and counter of related FSM orders, updates their scheduled start when commitment dates change, and exposes an action to open them.
- sale.order.line: Records the FSM order created from each service line, blocks changing service products in the sale stage, and triggers FSM regeneration for new lines.
- sale.order.line: Uses a field service delivery method so completing the FSM order sets the delivered quantity and injects invoiceable FSM references on invoice lines.
