Integrates Odoo Field Service with stock operations so configured serial-tracked products automatically become FSM equipment as they move through inventory.
Key Features
- stock.move: Completed moves on operation types marked for equipment creation instantiate FSM equipment for each eligible move line and link it to the serial number, FSM location, and destination stock location.
- product.template: Adds a Creates FSM Equipment flag for serial-tracked products to indicate they should generate field service equipment when their stock moves are done.
- stock.picking.type: Introduces a Create FSM Equipment option on picking types so only selected operations (e.g., receipts or deliveries) trigger equipment generation.
- fsm.equipment: Extends equipment records with the originating product, serial number, and computed current stock location while keeping the related lot reference in sync on create and write.
- stock.lot: Serial numbers gain a direct link to their FSM equipment, enabling easy navigation between inventory lots and service assets.
- fsm.equipment views: Inventory users get a dedicated section to capture the product, serial number, and current stock location of each equipment for better traceability.
