Extends DDMRP stock buffers to cap procurement recommendations according to configurable storage capacity limits.
Key Features
- stock.buffer: Adds a storage capacity limit field so procurement proposals never push on-hand and incoming stock beyond available space.
- stock.buffer: Stores the current quantity on the buffer location to inform capacity checks during planning.
- stock.buffer: Refreshes cached location quantity during scheduled buffer updates to base decisions on actual stock levels.
- stock.buffer: Adjusts recommended procurement quantities to respect capacity limits while honoring unit rounding, multiples, and minimum thresholds for orders.
