Restricts invoice payment actions to users assigned to a dedicated Payments for Invoices security group.

Key Features

res.groups: Adds the Payments for Invoices security group to grant payment controls only to selected users.
account.move: Restricts the Register Payment button on invoices to members of the Payments for Invoices group.
account.move: Limits the Register Payment list action to users in the Payments for Invoices group.
account.payment: Hides the Customer payments and Supplier payments menus unless the user belongs to the Payments for Invoices group.
ir.actions.server: Locks the force register payment server action behind the Payments for Invoices group.
